LET AND RENTAL MANAGEMENT

  • Providing a rental valuation of the property and giving advice as required.
  • Advertising as necessary, interviewing and selecting tenants, arranging/carrying out viewings.
  • Taking up references as appropriate.
  • Carrying out ‘Right to Rent’ checks.
  • Collecting the first advance rental and security deposit.
  • Documenting and providing relevant paperwork to the tenants at the start of tenancy. 
  • Drawing up an assured short hold tenancy agreement and arranging signature from tenant/s.
  • Landlords account finalised with payment.Inventory done by Severnside or at an extra cost if provided by an independent inventory company
  • To collect the monthly rent each month, deduct fees and pay direct to your account within 5 working days.
  • Arrange inspections of the property.
  • Deal with and arrange any repairs that impact your tenant, with your permission.
  • Arrange any safety inspections that annually need doing, with your permission.
